Bee Cozy starts as the same raw, local honey we harvest from our family hives. We simply let it do what real honey naturally does... crystallize. Then we gently whip it into a smooth, spoonable texture that's easy to scoop, spread, and enjoy.

Unlike creamed honey, nothing is added and nothing is removed. It's still 100% raw honey, just kept cool to encourage its natural crystals and whipped to make it easier to use.

Because it contains those larger natural crystals, Bee Cozy shines anywhere a little warmth is involved. Stir it into hot coffee or tea, swirl it into oatmeal, melt it over warm biscuits, or use it in your favorite baking recipes.
